Joe is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional, and Chief Operating Officer for Johnson Financial Planning. His role is to help our clients coordinate a complete financial plan and review with them on a consistent basis. Joe also oversees daily operations of the office for smooth transitions between service, sales, and team members.

Joe lives in Mt. Sinai with his wife Jackie. In his spare time, he enjoys being with friends, family, playing golf, fishing, and snowboarding.

Carla joined Rob’s team in March 2021 as Client Relations Manager, being responsible for all client communications, scheduling, case preparation, and client account servicing. Carla brings her vast knowledge and expertise working for Canon U.S.A., Inc. Headquarters for 7 years. She managed all VIP client meetings, supported executives, and planned corporate events. Carla graduated from St. Thomas Aquinas College holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and Communications. Carla grew up in Glen Cove and her hobbies include traveling, beach, soccer, skiing, poker, dining out with her friends, and especially spending time with her family.

Tiffany holds her Series 6 and 63 registrations, Life, Accident and Health licenses. She is responsible for general client service support, facilitation of underwriting through the Home Office, as well as assisting Rob with the servicing of investment accounts. Tiffany joined Rob's team in 2015 with 16 years of experience in life insurance underwriting and investment account servicing, having previously held positions as a Registered Representative at American Portfolios Financial Services and at Gruntal & Co. on the Mutual Fund Desk.

Tiffany lives in Bethpage with her husband and 3 children.

Sonya has been with Johnson Financial Planning for 25 years. Her role is to handle all financial responsibilities including budgeting, expense reporting, cash flow projections, bookkeeping, payroll, and all human resource management. Sonya lives in Smithtown with her husband and children.
